Fall Favorites

I love fall. Everything about it makes me happy. The cooler weather, the falling leaves, the abundance of fresh produce available… happy happy happy! But it’s also a time of year where it becomes a bit easier to eat a little more and move a little less; while you are surrounded by indulgences of all sorts. That doesn’t have to scare you though. I rounded up some of my favorite healthy ways to celebrate this beautiful time of year. Check them out and share some of you favorites ways to enjoy fall in the comments section below.
