I love fall. Everything about it makes me happy. The cooler weather, the falling leaves, the abundance of fresh produce available… happy happy happy! But it’s also a time of year where it becomes a bit easier to eat a little more and move a little less; while you are surrounded by indulgences of all sorts. That doesn’t have to scare you though.
