No Excuses: November Challenge
We are officially in the holiday season and what better time than to challenge you to stick to your health goals and your commitments. I can’t think of a greater way to do that than with a challenge (speaking of which, those of you that did October’s Beginner’s Challenge…what did you think?). This one is for those of you that maybe need a swift kick in the pants to keep up the hard work or those of you that need a jumping off point. Well, this is it. No Excuses November. I challenge you to workout EVERY DAY this month. I mean it! Every. Single. Day.
Now that doesn’t mean you need to blast out a super killer workout every day. In fact, please don’t. You’ll hurt yourself. But I want you to create a habit this month to move your body. I don’t care if it’s 10 minutes of yoga, 30 minutes of power walking, or 60 minutes of super hard circuit training. Find time every day to do your body some good. And I’ll be right there with you. I am committing to not flake, to not find an excuse, to not be too tired, too lazy, too whatever. Every day, I will find the time to exercise.
And I’ve taken a lot of the guess work out of your challenge. You don’t need to come up with what you’re going to do- just follow my chart. Decide how much time you have and choose your workout. A lot of the workouts are found under previous posts. And some are new and super simple. Just pick your time, and pick your workout. Boom! Done!
