Workout Wednesday: Give Thanks for Abs

As promised, an awesome body part specific workout- this week, it’s all about the abs! I’ve alternated some ab targeting cardio moves as well as some moves that work your upper, lower, and oblique muscles. Do as many rounds as you possibly can in 10 min. Add to a cardio routine for a complete workout. Enjoy!
