Workout Wednesday: Give Thanks for Glutes
Here it is, the last workout in our Give Thanks For… series. Today’s workout is all about the glutes. You’ll notice some of the exercises are similar to our thigh workout, that’s because they work both areas. But I also included some exercises that really isolate that glute muscle. Make sure to always warmup and cooldown. Enjoy your sore tush tomorrow while you’re eating your turkey! 🙂
