Extended Side Angle

Start with the first 3 poses (start here!) From yesterday’s triangle pose, bend your out-turned leg (make sure your knee never goes beyond your toes) and rest your arm upon it. Reach your opposite arm up over your head. Create a line from your hand to your foot. Look up. Hold at least 30 sec or 3-5 deep breathes. Repeat the sequence on the other side.
