Warrior II

Start with the first 4 poses (start HERE). From extended side angle pose- without lessening bend in leg, windmill arms out to sides. Gaze towards front arm. Hold at least 30 sec or 3-5 deep breathes, and repeat sequence on other side. Don’t forget to say your mantras!
