Workout Wednesday: Dynamic + Static

This workout combines two types of movements to work your muscles in two types of ways. You will be performing 3 minute rounds. For 30 seconds you will be doing a dynamic movement- that means you will be moving your body (for example: a typical squat). That will be followed with a static version of that same exercise (for example: squat hold). You will repeat that 3 times then move on to the next exercise. Get all your equipment (light weights, water bottle, etc) ready before you start. There is NO BREAK until the end. This workout is harder than it looks, but totally possible. So push it, work hard, and you will amaze yourself. Also- this is a great workout to do with a friend. 🙂

Enjoy!
