12 Asanas of Christmas- Day 6

Reverse Warrior

Reverse Warrior

Start with first 5 poses. Then, from Warrior II, slide back arm down back leg. Very little weight should be put on the this leg. Use your abdominals to hold your position. Also make sure to not lessen the bend in your front leg. Gaze upwards toward your top arm. Hold at least 30 sec or 3-5 deep breathes. Repeat on other side.
