Everyone say hi to Rocky…whose backside is making an appearance today. 🙂 Start with the first 7 poses. From Warrior I, straighten the front leg. Lean out over the leg first as far as you can. Then release your body over the leg. You can clasp your hands, forearms, or elbows behind you. Make sure your front leg is flexed. You don’t want to put too much pressure on the knee. Hold. Repeat on other side.
