Workout Wednesday: Winter Wonderland Tabata

“Tabata-ing in a winter wonderland!!!” Or something like that! 🙂

Ready to sweat? Try this Winter Wonderland Tabata. Perform each exercise 2x, 20 sec on, 10 sec off; totaling 1 minute. There are 12 exercises, so it should take you 12 minutes to complete. No rest until you complete the set.

If you are new to exercise, leave it at that. If you want more, rest 1 minute, then repeat the sequence. Do 3x if you’re a real bad a**.
