Lovely Legs: February Challenge

As winter comes to an end it’s time to kick our “butts” in gear. This month for our challenge we are focusing on our Love-ly Legs. Between squats, wall sits, leg lifts, jumping jacks, and more, your legs will definitely feel the burn this month. None of the days should take more than 10 minutes. Add it to your regular routine for an added boost. Enjoy!

If your legs start feeling particularly tight, use a foam roller before stretching to work out all the kinks.
