Workout Wednesday: Love of Mine- Twenty Nine
This February, in honor of Valentine’s day, I will be posting a partner workout for each Workout Wednesday. So here’s our first! Grab your hunny or a good friend and get ready to sweat!
For this one, Partner 1 will be doing 29 reps of a specific exercise. While partner 1 is counting their reps, partner 2 is performing their coordinating exercise (until partner 1 has reached 29). Then they switch. Then on to the next exercise set. It’s great motivation knowing that if you slow down it affects someone else. So push push push and have a blast!
