Grab your resistance band and a friend- let’s get ready for shorts and sleeveless tops with a muscle toning workout! 

Spring Fling Fifty

12 exercises, 50 reps of each. Feel free to perform them in any order, but make sure to complete each one fully before you move on the the next. Take rests when necessary, but nothing too long to let your heart rate drop. Enjoy!
