Workout Wednesday: Drop it Like a Squat

Get ready to feel the burn. This workout will not only get your heart pounding, you’ll be feeling it for days! Ready to make that booty work?!?

Make sure to get a nice heavy weight for all those denoted with a W. Though glutes are underutilized in most people, they are still a very powerful muscle. Don’t shortchange yourself with a light weight.
