April Challenge: Spring Six-Pack
This month, I want to challenge you to focus on your core. Your abdominal muscles are where all movement stems from, so they are vitally important. The stronger your core the more stable you are, the more powerful you are, and the greater your balance and coordination. Convinced yet? 🙂

Make sure to breathe while doing all core exercises- it’s very easy to forget. 🙂 Also, stretch out after each session so your muscles don’t get too tight.
