Workout Wednesday: Totally Tabata

Let’s start this month off right, with some high intensity calorie scorching tabata work. Short on time, this is the perfect workout for you. 20 minutes and done! Just make sure to do a warmup and cooldown too. 5 minutes on each side means 30 minutes and your workout is done for the day. Not so bad right? 🙂
