Workout Wednesday: Blue Sky Circuit
This week let’s celebrate the sunshine and warmth by getting outside and exercising. No weights, no equipment, heck, you don’t even need shoes. Grab a friend and head to a local park or a nice green patch in your yard.
This is a circuit workout. Each exercise is 1 minute long. Start in any order you choose. Just set your timer to beep each minute and go go go! (I use the free tabata timer app on my phone). 20 minutes and you’re done! Take it at your level and your speed. Rest when you need but then get right back in.
