Workout Wednesday: Dynamic Warm-up and Cooldown

The warm-up and cooldown portions of a workout are usually only a few minutes of haphazard movement or stretches, or more often than not, completely forgotten. Yet, the are one of the most important portions of your routine. A good warm-up and cooldown can reduce the likelihood of injury, increase performance, and enhance recovery. I have created a simple 10 minute dynamic routine that can be used as a warmup or cooldown (before stretches) for any workout.
