Workout Wednesday: Fifty Nifty
This week’s workout is a bit of a “create-your-own” workout. I give you several different exercises, some for cardio, legs, arms, and core. You need to complete 50 reps of each exercise. How you do that is up to you. You can do each category fully before moving on, you can do the first exercise of each, then the 2nd, and so forth; you could also break the reps down (25 of each, then repeat, etc). As long as you do 50 reps of each exercise, the rest is up to you. Break when necessary, but push yourself so you aren’t letting your heart rate drop too low.
