Looking to take advantage of this great summer weather, but don’t know where to start? Here is an easy to follow fitness plan that you can work into any schedule this summer. No equipment is needed so it can easily be done any time any place, even on vacation! It has you working out 30 min 5 days a week, with a simple recovery option for your rest days.
