Workout Wednesday: Total Body Tabata

Let’s have fun this week with a Tabata workout! 20 sec on, 10 sec off. Choose any order you would like. And enjoy!!! Grab a friend, turn up the tunes, and get sweating. High intensity and no equipment needed. Make sure to warmup and cooldown completely too.
