September Challenge: Squats!!!

This month’s challenge has us working up to 150 squats in 1 day. Each day you add 5 squats, with a few key rest days thrown in too. Add this to your normal workout routine for increased fitness, strength, muscle, and more. Squats are one of those amazing exercises that work a large number of muscles throughout the body. Not only does it work on your quads and booty, but it also tones your core muscles and increases your balance and stabilization.

Already love squats? Challenge yourself to something different. Try sumo squats, goblet squats, squat jumps, you name it. This is YOUR challenge. Make it your own! Rock it. Own it. Tailor it to your needs. Just new to exercise? Use this challenge as a jumping off point.
