Workout Wednesday: Hold It! Yoga Sequence
Today learn that all pain is not bad. That heat creates change. And that change is good.
This yoga sequence has a series of poses meant to be held for an extended period of time. Start with 30 sec each and build over time. If you currently have a consistent practice, start with 90 sec. Each time you perform this sequence, add 5 sec to each pose. The longer you hold, the greater the heat, the greater the release. Warm up with 10 sun salutations and end with a 5-10 minute shivasana.
