Workout Wednesday: Cardio Tabata Calorie Torch
If you have followed me for any length of time you know how much I love tabatas. They are simple, quick, and extremely effective. Feeling in the mood for a good sweat session? Try out this fun cardio tabata!
You know the drill:
20 sec on 10 sec off
Alternate between 2 exercises for 4 min. (that’s 8 rounds per set)
4 min x 4 sets = 16 min and DONE!
Get ready to burn some MAJOR calories. Your muscles will be screaming! Can you handle it?!?
