Small Change Saturday: Posture Reset

…no really. PS- if you said that in the voice of Woody from Toy Story you win major points in my book. 🙂

Ok, back to the important stuff.


Raise your hands up above your head, stretch your spine tall. Fan your arms out to your sides. Now doesn’t that feel better? You should feel as if you have gained 3 inches in height.


This is a really really simple way to make your body happy. Too often we are slumped over desks, slumped in chairs, slumped in the car.


Try this first thing in the morning. Throughout the day. And right before bed. Really…anytime is a good time.


Reset your posture several times a day and feel the difference. Your body will thank you. 🙂
